The People Behind The Mission
Our Team
The trustees, medical advisors, and volunteers who power NADI Foundation's mission of accessible healthcare across Andhra Pradesh.
Leadership
Board of Trustees
NADI Foundation is governed by a board of three trustees who bring diverse expertise in community development, public health administration, and organisational management. Each trustee serves voluntarily without remuneration, reflecting the foundation's commitment to directing every resource toward its charitable mission.

Managing Trustee & Founder
Rajesh Kumar
Rajesh Kumar is the founding trustee and Managing Trustee of NADI Foundation. With extensive experience in community development and nonprofit governance, he established the foundation to create sustainable healthcare access for underserved communities across Andhra Pradesh. Rajesh envisioned NADI as a formalisation of 15 years of grassroots charitable work — work that began with individual health camps and evolved into a structured, governed public charitable trust. He has been instrumental in forging partnerships with local dental clinics to deliver affordable oral healthcare, and his vision centres on building a self-sustaining charitable infrastructure that can scale its impact across India. As Managing Trustee, he holds ultimate responsibility for ensuring that every rupee and every hour contributed to NADI Foundation is directed toward one goal: making quality healthcare a right, not a privilege, for the communities it serves.

Trustee — Programmes & Partnerships
Ram Gopal
Ram Gopal brings deep expertise in public health administration and community welfare to NADI Foundation's board. As a trustee, he oversees programme development and strategic partnerships, ensuring that every initiative aligns with the foundation's charitable objectives and delivers measurable community health outcomes. Ram is passionate about health equity and works to ensure that marginalised communities receive the medical attention and health education they deserve. His role as Secretary of the trust also places him at the centre of NADI's day-to-day governance, implementing the Board's decisions and coordinating the many moving parts of a health camp, from doctor scheduling to medicine logistics, so that no patient is turned away.

Trustee — Outreach & Health Education
Dr. Madhuri
Madhuri serves as a trustee of NADI Foundation, contributing her skills in organisational management and community outreach to the foundation's governance. She plays a key role in coordinating health camps and awareness drives, and has personally led specialised camps for children with Down Syndrome at Cheyutha. She is also involved in developing NADI's telemedicine and digital health outreach strategies. As Treasurer, Madhuri also safeguards the financial integrity of the trust, ensuring that donations and camp budgets are managed transparently and applied exactly where they are needed most — a responsibility she carries alongside her hands-on work with some of the communities' most vulnerable children and families.
Leadership
Directors & Programme Leadership
Alongside the Board of Trustees, NADI Foundation's directors help carry out the foundation's work on the ground — from programme delivery to direct community support.

Director
Babburi Sri Ram
Babburi Sri Ram serves as a Director of NADI Foundation, supporting the foundation's mission through direct community engagement. Beyond his role in the foundation's leadership, Sri Ram has personally extended financial assistance to individuals facing medical hardship — including recently supporting a community member's medical treatment out of his own resources — reflecting the foundation's belief that charity begins with standing beside people during their most difficult moments. His approach to the foundation's work is simple and direct: healthcare support should reach the person who needs it, without delay and without red tape, because a helping hand today can bring hope for a healthier tomorrow.

Director & Medical Advisor — Gynaecologist & Obstetrician (M.S., OBG)
Dr. V Jyothi
Dr. V Jyothi serves as a Director of NADI Foundation as well as a Gynaecologist and Obstetrician lending her clinical expertise to the foundation's women's health and maternal care initiatives. In her director's role, she helps shape the foundation's programme direction and outreach priorities; clinically, her guidance shapes how NADI Foundation's health camps address reproductive health, prenatal care, and the specific medical needs of women in the communities it serves — an area too often overlooked in general community health drives, and one she ensures is never sidelined at a NADI Foundation camp.
Clinical Guidance
Medical Advisors
Our medical advisors provide clinical expertise and guidance for our health camp programmes, ensuring that every camp delivers safe, effective, and appropriate medical care.
Medical Advisor
Dr. Sowmya
Dr. Sowmya provides clinical guidance for NADI Foundation's health camp programmes, helping design specialist consultation protocols that keep camps safe, efficient, and genuinely useful to the patients who attend them. She has also personally taken part in specialised outreach, including camps for children with Down Syndrome, bringing both clinical rigour and personal compassion to NADI Foundation's community health work.
Medical Advisor
Dr. Narayana
Dr. Narayana supports specialist camp coordination for NADI Foundation, contributing clinical expertise to community health interventions across the divisions the foundation serves. His involvement helps ensure that each health camp is staffed and structured to handle the real medical needs of the community it is held in, from general screening to specialist referral.
Community Power
Our Volunteer Force
NADI Foundation's work is powered by a dedicated network of hundreds of volunteers — medical professionals, students, working professionals, and retirees. Without their selfless contributions, reaching 64+ divisions and serving thousands of patients would not be possible.
Medical Volunteers
Doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals who volunteer at our division-by-division medical camps, providing specialist consultations and general health screenings.
Camp Coordinators
On-ground volunteers who manage patient registration, crowd management, medicine distribution, and logistics at our medical camps.
Health Educators
Volunteers who conduct awareness sessions on preventive healthcare, oral hygiene, nutrition, and maternal health at community centres and schools.
Community Outreach
Individuals who help spread the word about our programmes, mobilise communities for upcoming camps, and link NADI Foundation with the people we serve.
