NADI Foundation holds provisional Section 354 approval (the successor to the erstwhile 80G) and provisional Section 332 registration (formerly 12A) under the Income-tax Act, 2025, both granted on 15 August 2026 and valid through TY 2028-29. Donations from Indian taxpayers are eligible for tax deduction under Section 354, and every donor receives a signed receipt.
Online card payments are not yet available — we're working on adding this. UPI and bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) are both supported right now, and international donations are not yet accepted, since NADI Foundation's FCRA registration is still in preparation.
