About NADI Foundation
NADI Foundation (Network for Advancement, Development & Innovation) is a registered public charitable trust established under the Indian Trust Act, operating from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. We deliver accessible, affordable medical relief and community health programmes to underserved communities. Our work spans 15 years of grassroots healthcare — including free health screening camps, subsidised dental care partnerships, food donation drives, and community health education across 64+ divisions in Andhra Pradesh.
NADI stands for Network for Advancement, Development & Innovation. The word 'nadi' also means 'pulse' in Telugu — the language of Andhra Pradesh. Just as a pulse signals life and vitality, NADI Foundation represents the living pulse of community health in the regions we serve.
Yes. NADI Foundation is registered as a public charitable trust under the Indian Trust Act. We operate exclusively for charitable purposes and do not engage in any commercial or profit-making activities. NADI Foundation holds provisional Section 332 registration (income tax exemption, equivalent to the erstwhile 12A) and provisional Section 354 approval (tax deduction for donors, equivalent to the erstwhile 80G), both granted on 15 August 2026 and valid through TY 2028-29.
NADI Foundation's trustees and founding members have been actively involved in grassroots healthcare and community service for 15 years. This includes organising free health screening camps, partnering with dental clinics for subsidised treatments, distributing food during crises and festive seasons, running COVID-19 frontline relief operations, and conducting health education programmes. The trust registration formalised this 15-year track record into a governed, structured charitable organisation.

Our Programmes
We run eight core programme areas: (1) Community Health Camps — free division-by-division medical camps with specialist doctors, (2) Subsidised Dental Care — affordable treatments through partner clinics, (3) Mobile Medical Units — bringing healthcare to remote areas, (4) Telemedicine Services — video consultations for rural communities, (5) Health Education & Awareness — preventive care workshops, (6) Medicine Distribution — free medicines at camps, (7) Free Hearing Aid Distribution — for those diagnosed with hearing loss, and (8) Subsidised Eyewear Programme — prescription spectacles at reduced costs.
Everyone. Our programmes are designed with 100% open access — no income proof, no documentation, and no eligibility requirements. Whether you are a daily wage worker, a middle-class family, a senior citizen, or a student, you can access our health camps, dental care subsidies, and other programmes without any barriers.
Our primary operations are in Vijayawada and the surrounding Krishna-Guntur region of Andhra Pradesh. Our medical camps have systematically covered 64+ divisions across the city. We are actively working to expand our partner clinic network, mobile medical unit coverage, and telemedicine reach across Andhra Pradesh, with plans to eventually scale to other states.

Dental Care Programme
We partner with established dental clinics in Vijayawada — currently Mouth Care Solutions and Kishore Dental — who agree to provide treatments at subsidised rates to patients referred by NADI Foundation. You can book an appointment through our website or by calling us. At your appointment, simply mention you are a NADI Foundation patient, and you will receive the agreed subsidised rate.
The dental treatments are subsidised, not completely free. This sustainable model allows us to keep the programme running long-term while ensuring that quality dental care remains affordable for everyone. The subsidised rates are significantly lower than standard private clinic prices, and there are no hidden fees.

Volunteering & Donations
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds — medical professionals, students, working professionals, and retirees. You can help at our health camps, assist with health education sessions, support community outreach, or contribute professional skills. You can donate via UPI (scan our QR code or pay to our UPI ID) or bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS) — full details are on our Donate page. Online card payments are not yet available, but we're working on adding them. After paying, email or call us with your transaction reference and we'll confirm receipt and send you a Section 354 donation receipt. We maintain full financial transparency and all funds are applied exclusively to our charitable programmes.
Yes. NADI Foundation holds provisional Section 354 approval (the successor to the erstwhile 80G), which allows Indian donors to claim tax deductions under the Income-tax Act, 2025. We also hold provisional Section 332 registration, providing income tax exemption for the trust itself. Both were granted on 15 August 2026 and are valid through TY 2028-29.

Partnerships
We actively seek healthcare partners — dental clinics, multi-specialty hospitals, diagnostic centres, and specialist clinics — to expand our subsidised care network. The onboarding process is simple: reach out via our Partner With Us page, have a discussion with our team, sign a partnership agreement, and start receiving NADI-referred patients.
Partner clinics receive increased patient volume through our referral network, association with a verified nonprofit foundation, a sustainable subsidy model, programme flexibility to choose which treatments to offer, and simple onboarding with minimal paperwork. Current partners include Mouth Care Solutions and Kishore Dental in Vijayawada.
